The Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado, has joined Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System where we will post formal bids along with associated addendums and award information. Vendors can register without cost at www.RockyMountainBidSystem.com to search for and download current bid documents from the Board of Water Works. The Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System also offers, for $49.95 annually, an automatic bid notification service that alerts your company via email whenever any member agency has a bid opportunity matching your company’s business. We encourage your participation in our bid process through Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.
Vendors without internet access may request bid documents directly from the Purchasing office at 319 W. 4th Street, PO Box 400, Pueblo, CO 81002-0400, 719-584-0201.
The Board of Water Works reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.

Any purchase made by exempt organizations must be accompanied by a current City of Pueblo Exempt License and an “Affidavit of Sale Paid by Government” form. Vendors doing business in Pueblo will be in compliance if they maintain on file a blanket copy of these two documents along with a statement from the Board of Water Works verifying that all purchases are for official business use and payment will be made with funds bearing the Board of Water Works’ name.
