Beginning March 1, 2023, changes made to Pueblo Water’s Rules & Regulations regarding service, deposits and billing, items covered in Section 4.0, are in effect. Section 4.0 may be accessed HERE.

Changes included:

• Clarifying the expectation for a customer to receive a monthly bill sent by either mail or email
• Removing accrual of interest on customer held metered deposits  
• Assessing a non-payment fee when an account is delinquent rather than at time of reinstatement of water service  
• Requiring the collection of all charges when a customer has missed two scheduled appointments prior to future scheduling  
• Clarifying costs for meter tampering or damage to Board property

Also included in the updated Rules & Regulations is Pueblo Water's fee schedule for 2023. Portions of Section 2.0 have been updated as well.
