To better serve our customers by allowing for more service opportunities each day, Pueblo Water will now schedule service appointments in block window times beginning May 1, 2023.

All calls for Pueblo Water field services must be made in advance by calling 719-584-0210.

These services include:

• Leak checks
• Pressure issues
• Walk-throughs for inspections and property transactions
• Other service-related calls

Service window times are the following:

• Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 8:30-10:30 a.m.
• Tuesday-Thursday:1:30-3:30 p.m.

Please note: Someone must be present and have access inside the property beginning at the service time window and must remain on site until the work is completed. Should a customer fail to be at the property during the scheduled service window, they will be charged a $20 missed appointment fee. To ensure the courtesy of all customer appointments, Pueblo Water service workers will not wait at properties. Appointments can be rescheduled given 24-hour notice to avoid a missed appointment fee.
