Pueblo Water understands that some of its valuable customers are facing financial hardships because of the COVID-19 pandemic and has created a Pandemic Assistance Program to help ease some of the financial burden felt as Pueblo Water resumes normal collections and disconnection policies.
Pueblo Water voluntarily suspended disconnection for non-payment on March 13, 2020, and has continued to provide high-quality water to customers regardless of payment. On Oct. 20, 2020, Pueblo Water will resume disconnection for non-payment.
