Pueblo Water announces Pandemic Assistance Program

Pueblo Water offers several types of assistance

Pueblo Water understands that some of its valuable customers are facing financial hardships because of the COVID-19 pandemic and has created a Pandemic Assistance Program to help ease some of the financial burden felt as Pueblo Water resumes normal collections and disconnection policies.

Pueblo Water voluntarily suspended disconnection for non-payment on March 13, 2020, and has continued to provide high-quality water to customers regardless of payment. Pueblo Water resumed disconnection for non-payment on Oct. 20, 2020.

From personal telephone calls and email correspondence to hanging notices on doors, Pueblo Water’s Customer Service team has worked hard to reach customers who may be adversely affected by these challenging times. Pueblo Water offers several options for customers. Which include:

  • Flexible payment options
  • CARES program
  • Pandemic assistance for residential and commercial accounts
  • Budget billing
  • Free online bill pay
  • Paperless billing
