As we turn our attention to our lawns and gardens this spring, Pueblo Water reminds its customers that there are no watering restrictions in place. However, Pueblo Water encourages wise water use at all times – indoors and out. Wise water use helps you get the most out of every drop our most precious natural resource.

Here are some tips to help you use water wisely:

• Avoid watering between 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Avoid watering on windy days.
• Avoid washing cars with the hose (commercial car washes recycle water).
• Make sure all sprinkler heads are in good working order.
• Fix all leaks in a timely fashion.
• Do not let water pool on sidewalks or in gutters.
• Use a broom or blower instead of the hose to clean sidewalks and driveways.
