March is Government Procurement Month and Colorado Gov. Jared Polis issued a state proclamation recognizing the importance of those in procurement.

Pueblo Water proudly recognizes its Procurement Department and Specialist Lottie Delgado for her work in helping us stay true to our mission of providing the highest quality water at the lowest possible cost. Pueblo Water’s procurement specialist is responsible for evaluating and processing purchasing requests and ensuring compliance with its bidding policies and contracts. They are to promote the efficient and effective use of Pueblo Water’s resources through best procurement practices.
