DISCONNECTION NOTICE

Pueblo Water understands that COVID-19 is affecting many people in our community. As a result, we decided that effective 3/16/2020, we will not disconnect water service until further notice, however payment of your past due amount is highly encouraged. If you are having difficulty and would like to discuss payment arrangements, please contact our Customer Service Department at (719) 584-0250 or by email at custserv@pueblowater.org. Our business office is available by telephone or drive-thru from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

PUEBLO WATER OFFICES CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Pueblo Water is committed to the health and safety of its customers, as well as its own team members. In that regard, Pueblo Water is taking precautionary measures to the COVID-19 pandemic and has closed its offices to the public until further notice. The offices at our Alan C. Hamel Administration Building, 319 W. 4th Street, and our TD&E Building, 3rd & Elizabeth, now are restricted to authorized personnel only.

Pueblo Water will continue to provide quality customer service during these temporary closures. However, all residential- and commercial-related services will be handled via phone, the U.S. Postal Service, online or through the drive-thru located at our Alan C. Hamel Administration Building, 319 W. 4th Street.

“During these uncertain times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking precautions for both our customers and our customer service workers, dispatchers and entire Pueblo Water team,” Pueblo Water Executive Director Seth Clayton said. “We are comitted to providing the same quality customer service that we are known for. At this time, however, we are going to use other ways to handle our customers’ needs rather than face-to-face in our lobbies.”

Water bills may by paid via:

  • Drive Thru at 319 W. 4th Street
  • Drop Box located in the 3rd lane of the drive thru
  • Drop Box located near Pueblo Bank & Trust, off 5th Street
  • Automated Telephone System 719-584-0250, Option 1
  • Online Bill Pay link by visiting www.pueblowater.org. *Note: There is NO fee for processing an online payment through our website.
  • By Mail
  • Third-party locations such as Walmart, King Soopers (for a fee)
