Mr. Woodka is Board President and is highly versed in water issues. Elected to his second six-year term in 2025, he wrote about water extensively for The Pueblo Chieftain for more than 30 years. Mr. Woodka left the industry and currently is Senior Policy and Issues Manager for the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District. He deals with the many issues relating to the storage and movement of water in the Arkansas River basin.
