Auto Pay is a convenient way to pay your bill on time by having your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You have the option to select the withdraw date.
Eligibility: You must have a current account balance to enroll. If you have past due balance or payment arrangement you will not be eligible to enroll in Auto Pay.
Note: If the request for Auto Pay or Budget Billing is within 2 business days of the transaction, the changes will be applied on the next billing cycle. Any request to add or stop Auto Pay or Budget Billing services needs at least two (2) business days' notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I hereby affirm that I am the account owner of the financial account. I hereby authorize the Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado (Pueblo Water) to initiate electronic withdrawals from the above-referenced bank account and Financial Institution (bank) to pay my monthly water bill by withdrawing each payment from the referenced bank account. This authorization is to remain in effect until Pueblo Water has received written notification for termination. Notice should be given in a timely manner to allow Pueblo Water a reasonable opportunity to act on it. I have the right to stop payment or make changes to a charge up to three business days before the payment date. I understand that a handling fee of $15 will be assessed to my account for any payment returned by the bank and may be removed from Auto Pay. If this application is in lieu of a deposit and payment is returned, I may be required to reconcile the account, as well as, provide a deposit and will be removed from the program.
