Auto Pay is a convenient way to pay your bill on time by having your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You have the option to select the withdraw date.
Eligibility: You must have a current account balance to enroll. If you have past due balance or payment arrangement you will not be eligible to enroll in Auto Pay.
Note: In Order to edit your credit card information, please Stop Auto Pay and re-enroll with your current credit card information.
If the ACH file has been created or this request for ACH or Budget Billing is within 2 business days of the transaction, the changes will be applied don the next billing cycle. Any request to add or stop ACH or Budget Billing services needs at least two (2) business days' notice.
If your financial institution is not listed in the Drop-Down list during Auto Pay setup, you will need to contact Pueblo Water at 719-584-0250 or email email@example.com for assistance.
