For Pueblo Water customers, the base period that determines you 2023 sewer charge is over.

The Sewer Use Charge is calculated by using the average of water consumed during the two non-irrigating months that begin with your December 2022 water meter reading and end with your February 2023 meter reading. The volume portion of the sewer charge during each of these two months will be based upon the actual water consumed. The charge for the balance of 2023 (March through December) will be based upon the average of these two months.
